In this workshop, we'll explore how to scale key messages across diverse portfolios and audiences, clearly share your vision, and engage people to care about and collaborate on where you're headed. We'll also dive into your organization's story strategy and assess whether the stories being prioritized are helping or hindering your ability to achieve your strategic goals.

This workshop can be delivered virtually or in person and includes pre-session work to ensure a more meaningful experience. I recommend a half-day format, but I'm happy to tailor it to your unique needs and goals.
